This is Ella. She's 5. She's bright, funny, kind and a wonderful daughter. Today I had to say something to her that I never dreamed I'd have to say as a mother. I said,
"ELLA!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T LICK
THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
That's the first time I've ever had to say that to one of my kids. Will it be the last? Stay tuned!

How funny, no picture?
Oh my this cutie could be best friends with one of my granddaughters who picked up a kitty with her mouth!
She is just adorable! I LOVE her spirit!
That is hilarious! I need to remember to write down some of the weird things that come out of my mouth because of the kids.
I say stuff like that to Desmond ALL THE TIME! No joke. Maybe not that particular moment of zen, but we are so zen-like here, you'd pee yourself!
This is too cute! She's a dwall! Dying to know the full story!
oh, I have one from last night: "Stop farting on your brother!"
Nice, right?
Ok, I'm out with the "stop farting on your brother". I'm not sure if I'm sad or not, but that def. beats "stop licking the car!"
Have I mentioned, "I said, 'DON'T put blueberries in the toilet!!'"? OMG!
Oooh, I have said the "stop farting on your brother" line. Seems like the bodily function jokes never end...
Hey A-M~she gets away with a lot because of that smile and her birth order (LAST!) I'm sorry to say there's no full story. That's the kind of scary part... it was just random car-licking. Yikes!
I told her that you think she's a dwall. She liked that!
Glad to know that to fart or not fart is on everyone's rule list. I need to have that conversation with Max, the pure-bred Lab (they are extra farty as a breed! wooo hooo)
Oh my gosh... you don't even want to know the half of it, now that we have three labs! Seems like we put our noses are in danger with every breath. And to top it off, they all sleep in their own kennels in our room, can't even get away from it during the night!
Too bad that Max, Howie, Roscoe and Ellie Mae wouldn't understand the rule if we explained it!
I'm just thankful our dog snores, but rarely farts. ;D
LOL that is too funny...I have 4 kids..and I've yelled out some random, bizarre things...but never not to lick the car :-P
Labs...yea..mine snores like a chainsaw and his farts are deadly and frequent..and he sleeps at the end of my bed..even in the hottest weather I sleep with my mouth and nose covered by my sheet :-P lol
